Day 1

So I did it, I got up this morning at 5:30 and I went running/walking. I came home did 30 crunches and 30 push ups. I feel good right now but I am worried once lunch time hits that I might need to take a nap! So the first day is done. Now to the second, I am hoping it will be easier then the first but that is wishful thinking.



Day one:Weight 150 (I don't want to see this number again)

  1. Good for you Sam. It does get easier by the way. I've been going to the gym at 5:30 (waking up at 5, blah) for over a year now and you start to get used to it, but occasionally I get a nap or go back to bed when I get home. I just started running too and I HATE every minute of it. Keep up the good work!
