I can do it!

Recently I have put on a little weight. Maybe it is the freshmen fifteen hiting me my senior year or maybe it is marriage, every one says you always get heavier after you get married. I didn't think I would ever have that problem because I have always weighed around 135 my whole life. But recently I have put on an extra ten or so pound and let me tell you it is not my favorite. So starting tomorrow it is time to exercise more and watch what I am eating. I am not going to go crazy but I am going to try simple steps to help me. Ps this blogs is one of the simple steps. They say if you make it public that you are try to loosing weight people will ask you about it so you will feel more obligated to do. I didn't put it on facebook because I didn't want that many people to know just my sisters who read this and maybe some close friends who happen upon this post.
So, Simple Steps to help other then running/walking every morning.
1. Drink more water ( Time to invest in a big water bottle)
2. Try to cut down on egg and dairy (They say cheese is every ones weekness but I will try to be strong)
3. Cut down on sweets. I didn't want to say I was cutting them off completely but maybe just less the intake.
4. More yogurt when it comes to snacking
5. It says to take up a hobby so you are not just sitting watching T.V. and you wont think about cravings. As of yesterday I started to make a skirt so that will be my first distraction.
Finally during my walk slash running it says you will help your calorie burn if you walk, run, sprint and repeat, we will see how well that goes.

Starting tomorrow is day one. My goal is to lose ten pounds by August 1st. So I will weight in tomorrow morning then check it every Friday maybe I will post the weight maybe not. Wish me luck and hopefully I don't sleep in my first day
